This is an official statement from Auckland International Football Club (AIFC) in respect to one of our youth football programme - the “AUCKLAND INTERNATIONAL CUP”. 

1. AIFC has successfully hosted our first “2025 CARTERS (as title sponsor)AUCKLAND INTERNATIONAL CUP” from 18-20th Jan 2025, in which 4 local squads and 4 international squads from professional clubs (youth teams) and Andrés Iniesta’s academy had been invited to participate;

2. AIFC is committed to deliver more top quality football programme in forms of “AUCKLAND INTERNATIONAL CUP” or others in the future, which will continuously benefit NZ kids and families; 

3. AIFC is now working on the delivery of a number of great football projects to local communities, but has no intention/plan to host the “AUCKLAND INTERNATIONAL CUP” or any similar event again within the year 2025;

4. AIFC has NO connections/involvements in any forms with any other similar football programme named as the “AUCKLAND INTERNATIONAL CUP” that hosted or run by other organizations or individuals;

5. AIFC will always update and announce any specific plan for our new programme including the 2026 “AUCKLAND INTERNATIONAL CUP” at our official website: https://aklinterfc.com/. All rights reserved by AIFC for all club programme and activities!
